Rogers lawyer: Texting 'stupid decision'

Kenny Rogers A lawyer says his client knows he made a  stupid decision  when he sent a kind of reinforcement of the State of Mississippi received a payment plan text Cecil Newton, the commitment of his son, Cam Newton,the Bulldogs.
